First of all, is anyone else freaked out by the new blogger settings? I am a creature of habit and I hate it when I sign into a program I've used for years only to find everything about it has changed overnight.
I hate dental work. I've had serious problems lately with a certain tooth that is making my life miserable.  I found out yesterday that this will go on for at least six more months (that's how long it'll take before the bone graft heals and they can try to fix it again.)
okay, I'm finished for today.  Don't tell my kids I complained in a public forum.  I always get on them for bellyaching in the restaraunt or library or grocery store ... you know -- whining in public.  I tell them it solves nothing and just makes them look bad.
but sometiemes it just feels good to say it.
so I did.
anything you want to bellyache about today?

I don't see any new blogger settings...what is new?

Oh, and does this tooth thing mean we can't do lunch for six more months? That is sad, indeed. :( I'm sorry to hear that is not going fast or easy. :(

I think you can revert to the old settings (which is what I did immediately, lol).

I hate dental work, too, so much so that I've been delaying getting this wisdom tooth pulled for YEARS now. I also hate feeling better after a cold, but still coughing so hard I burst a blood vessel in my eye. Ugh.

Hope things look a little brighter soon, for both of us!

Glam: I'm on soup and such but out of the pain/drugged haze..we do need to schedule a lunch!

Tere: really? oh, I'm going to figure out how to revert the settings then. and, sorry about the coughing. those lingering coughs are misererable!

Hi Tess .. not quite like you! But I belly ache - get upset because all inefficiency costs more .. yet there are some brilliant dentists who ultimately I grant you will make life easier?!

Good luck with blogger .. it has mind or two of its own .. so far I'm staying the same, but I would like to update somewhat .. and thankfully you have unembedded comments so I can leave a message ..

Cheer up .. all will be well in 6 months .. ?! Hilary

Sorry about your tooth! That's definitely worth bellyaching over. Don't worry about blogger. It is easy once you get used to it. =)

Yes! I can't STAND the new blogger and Reader layouts.

No bellyaching for me today just yet, but give it time :P

This week went by WAY WAY too fast! That's not really belly-aching, is it? I suck at this!! :)

Hilary: always brighter days ahead, yes!

Angie: thanks for the vote of confidence, friend :) I hope so!!

DL: yep, you suck at it. which is actually a really good thing.

Ok, I'll play along. I've had this knot in between my shoulder blades for a couple of months. It hurts when I wake up, when I go to bed, it hurts during the day. I try stretching it, heat, etc. I asked hubby to knead it out, and while his work felt good, it didn't take care of it. Yesterday at a church thing, I found out a neighbor of mine is in massage therapy school. I told her I had this knot that I couldn't stand, and that with all the extra bell ringing I've been doing, it's been really hurting. She worked on my back for about 15 minutes and it was heavenly. But this morning, THERE IT IS. I may have to go to a professional and see what we can do.

There. Whine, Whine. Sorry about your dental work. I HATE the dentist.

I've also reverted back to the original blogger settings. I don't object to change but any change should make it better for people and keep the things that people like.

I don't recall blogger aksing me what I liked before making changes.

As for the dentist, I treat them as an unecessary evil.

Tess said...

Paige: ouch! I've had those knots before and they are lousy. Hope it goes away soon, friend!

Martin: yes, why didn't blogger give us an option? sheesh.
