Are You A Two?

I can't tell you what fun it was to learn more about you all.

Thanks for taking the time to post a comment and share a little bit about yourselves. And, welcome to new pals who have joined in with this last Free Stuff Friday!

*
So, I chose our two winners with Random.org. I counted down, excluding my comments and determined our winners to be:

LT Elliott
and

SJ Duvall

Congrats, gals! Each will receive a $20 Amazon gift card. The prize comes via e mail so please contact me at tesshilmo(at)comcast(dot)net and I will respond with the code.

As for me,
I am busy working on my WIP and reached the half way mark this weekend ... wa-hoo! I also flushed out the final bit of plot that was giving me fits. If I stick to my writing goals, it will be finished by the end of the month.

How are your projects coming along??

Good luck with your writing goals. March is a tough month for me with my daughter's 3-week spring break. I was hoping to be done with my second draft by the end of the month, but the end of April is looking more likely. Congrats to the winners!

Congratulations to the winners.

Good luck with your WIP. *writing cookies*
If I stay disciplined, I should be done with mine on the 22 of April. *crosses fingers*

We're 10,000 words into book 2 in the Kate Lowry series. So jealous that you're already at the half way mark!

I spent the weekend improving my opening pages and synopsis for a grant submission. It was hard work but worth it to see how much better it got.
Congrats are reaching half-way!

Half way point? Awesome!
I worked on a blurb this weekend and some outlinging.
I hope to have chapter 2 done by the end of this week.

Congrats no the halfway mark, Tess! It's all down hill from here. :-)

Oklay, it's not. But we can pretend.

I have 1 1/2 chapters to go on my current WiP. I have a few other WiPs waiting in the wings for me to start, and a glimmer of an idea currently fermenting in my brain. Ha! Then, there's a query to write, a synopsis to write, an agent to find, and . . .

Go, Tess! You're great.

I've been taking a little break from manuscript editing, but can feel it somewhere, that growing desire to get back to it. It's an itch!

Congrats to the winners!

And you go get that WIP done this month. Hoorah! I'm trying, but this weekend I got behind. Still working, though!

Congrats to the winners.
I'm glad you're projects are coming along.

My WIP is coming along, those it's taking longer to get places than I thought it would. My characters suddenly want to talk about their feelings and stuff like that. Don't they know I've got plans?

I'm at almost 12K on my WIP, but I've hit that point where I wonder if it really is good and all the self-doubt starts creeping in. At least since I'm in a class I have no choice but to stifle the inner critic and keep going.

Congrats to the winners. Good job on your WIP. I am so close to finishing mine, but the ending is taking longer than I expected it. I really hope to make it rock, though!

Congrats to the winners. I'm fighting germ warfare at my house right now so projects are on slow. I did, however, have to poke my head up over the haze and catch a few posts.

Tess, sounds like your writing is going well!!
I'm about to start a revision of my WIP. Yesterday while out xcountry skiing I had a slurry of ideas flow thru my brain. When I got home I wrote them all down. Now I need to put the ideas into action. That's what I'll be attempting this week.

I'm about half way through my WIP too. Not sure if I'll finish by the end of the month like your goal, but I'll keep my fingers crossed (for both of us)!

BTW - I have a creative writing award waiting for you at my blog if you'd like to check it out. :)

I'm taking a break from fiction until after spring vacation...I'm daydreaming a lot, though, and that's almost like writing.
