Well, to be honest, I'm looking forward to finishing a novel that has been a bit (ahem) challenging. But that sounds kind of lame, so I'll add that I'm also looking forward to spending more time outside. : )

...the soothing sound of crickets on cool summer evenings, camping among the wildflowers in the mountains with my family, finishing a short story/novel I've been writing (fingers crossed), completing the remodeling and moving back into our house, a week of crafts with the YW at girls camp, and spending lots more time with my children!

I can't say I am looking forward to it happily but I will definitely have higher electric bills as I sit in my house in air conditioned comfort escaping the heat that encompasses the southwest as it does until the end of October.
