I've been swallowed up by edits this summer (it's a good thing, I'm learning and growing as a writer, I think..but with growth comes some challenge, right?)
and feeling a bit lazy in between those rounds of work
I wouldn't blame any of you if you forgot who I was...I've been so absent
But I wanted to give a shout out to Shelley Moore Thomas who sold her MG novel to FSG in a swinging deal...congrats StoryQueen!
and also to the talented Michelle Argyle whose novella Cinders is almost here...you go Lady Glamis!

And, Tess, summer is just an animal. I always think I'll have all this time, but then I forget about those little things called kids. *sigh*
I was amazed at how much stringer I became as a writer after the editing process with my editor at Lyrical. Fingers crossed that this means for the next one we won't have quite as much to fix!! :) Good luck with your editing!! My big news...a Bitch Named Karma is now available in print!! Yippee!!
